Next up: Kalm Kitchen!
Evening all – how terribly nice of you to stop by. We’re a catering company, founded by husband and wife team Jen & James Middlehurst (yes, that’s us in the picture below) and run from our base in Surrey.
James is literally the master of the Kalm Kitchen kitchen. We won’t go into too much detail here but if you do want to know more about how James’ career started, have a look at the ‘the team’ section on our website. Suffice it to say, his unbridled passion for producing outstanding food has been noted (and tasted!) by celebrities and dignitaries alike. Whilst this is an incredible compliment, James cares most about delivering outstanding quality of food for every event, not matter the size or budget.
And whilst James and his team reign over the kitchen, Jen is the one who pulls it all together and makes sure everything looks more beautiful than their clients could possibly have pictured. Jen has the two things every event manager needs in abundance: a sense of style and a (slightly ocd, in a nice way) drive to perfection. Jen’s eye for detail ensures that nothing is missed or left to chance and her dedication to delivering an outstanding level of service has been instilled in the entire Kalm Kitchen team.
At Kalm Kitchen, we have worked incredibly hard to grow the company into what it is today: a flourishing business with a reputation for being able to deliver anything, from intimate dinners to canapé events, from weddings to large-scale corporate events – all to the very highest standard and often with that little twist that makes us stand out that little bit more.
You can probably imagine how incredibly proud we were when we saw the quality of our food and our dedication to first-class service noticed by being honoured with the ‘Regional Winner’ trophy and the much coveted ‘Highly Commended Certificate’ at The 2013 Wedding Industry Awards.
Don’t worry though, we won’t rest on our ‘trophy laurels’. If anything, it will make us work even harder to make sure you are nothing less than thrilled with the service you receive when you book us to cater for your event.
We are delighted to be able to show you a little glimpse of what we can do at the Fetcham Park Bridal Masterclass on the 17th February. We’d love to talk to you and will gladly share some tips on how to find the right catering company for you. And don’t worry, there won’t be a sales pitch in sight! Just a friendly chat over a canapé or two.
